Mentoring  -  Al Bachman  253.376.9515
Have you ever desired to try something that you never thought you could achieve?  Tony Robbins says, “Find someone doing what you want, do what they did and you will in most cases obtain the same results.”
Mentoring is a relationship between a less experienced individual, called a mentee or protégé, and a more experienced individual known as a mentor.  Traditionally, mentoring is viewed as a face-to-face, long-term relationship between an experienced individual and a novice that fosters the mentee’s professional, academic, or personal development. This relationship is an agreement between the two individuals striving to meet a common goal.
